Gutiz Restaurant - Taos

You absolutely can't miss this place for brunch! We enjoyed French bread with butter and marmalade, white sangria, shrimp and scallop pasta, and eggs Benedict. It was fantastic!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and reconnect with family. They offer two amazing salsas—one smoky and one spicy—perfect for those who prefer milder salsa.

The food here is incredibly fresh, and the staff is wonderfully friendly. I will definitely return on my next visit to the city. Plus, Guy Fieri recently visited, and I'm excited to see that episode! The French cheese sandwich we tried was absolutely delicious, and the rice, vegetable flour, and toast were fantastic as well. The lattes were fabulous, and we ended up buying a lot of truffles—so tasty!

Due to COVID restrictions, we had to sit outside, but it turned out to be a wonderful fine dining experience. The weather was perfect, and the food and service were outstanding. It was my first time trying the Croque Madame, and I was truly impressed by how delicious it was. The coffee, both regular and decaffeinated, was excellent as well. I highly recommend dining here. A fantastic way to kick off the day! I was craving comfort food and decided to try the Taoseño, and it was absolutely delicious—so much so that I finished every last bit. The couple sitting next to me ordered the French toast, and I’m definitely planning to come back for that. The service was excellent too.
