My friend and I dined at this restaurant on Saturday, February 12th, and we had a wonderful experience. We started with a selection of charcuterie, paired it with some glasses of wine, and tried the kielbasa appetizer. To cap off our meal, we indulged in a delectable creme brulee. The sommelier, who we believe might also be the owner, was exceptionally knowledgeable and truly enhanced our dining experience. The chutney, cheese, sourdough bread, and capocollo were all top-notch, but the highlight of our meal was the bone-in duck confit—it was the most exquisite dish we enjoyed all week. Each course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We will definitely be back for more, even if we have to drive from Denver just to savor that incredible duck dish again.
I wanted to share an update on our previous review: Parcht has reopened after a lengthy closure due to the pandemic. The selection of wines and beers remains outstanding, the variety of cheeses and meats is top-notch, and the service is both friendly and satisfactory.
Finding the restaurant was a bit challenging, but once we got there, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were very attentive and made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed chatting with some friendly diners at a nearby table who offered us excellent recommendations. The value for our meal for two was outstanding, particularly given the high quality of the food—the wine, cheese, and meat were all fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Taos. Don’t miss out on their wine and cheese. Cheers!
It took us a little while to locate the restaurant, but once we found it, it was well worth the effort. The customer service was excellent—very attentive and welcoming. We even had the chance to chat with some wonderful people at another table, who offered us great tips about the area. The price we paid for a meal for two was incredible. The bottle of wine we enjoyed was fantastic, and the quality of the cheese and meat was impressive. I would definitely recommend this spot if you find yourself in Taos. Be sure to stop by for the wine and cheese. Cheers, BN.
