Great Noodles - Taos

That was fantastic! The food was delicious, and there were plenty of vegan options available. Donabe has relocated, but unfortunately, the curry there isn't quite the same; it seems the chefs might need some training in making curry. As for the new place catering to the LGBTQ+ community, they attempted to serve me a "vegan" sandwich, but it turned out to be a meat dish without milk. Quite absurd!

Quite possibly the best noodles certainly the best around. Very pleasant view of Bent Street Plaza and I hear an actual restaurant space is being prepared nearby. ...and, that this legendary food stand will live on. Kudos Marshall

Great Noodles! Under statement! Best little outdoor food stand! Red curry coconut bowl was the spice bomb! When you come thru the taos plaza take a stroll to the john dunn shopss and have a bowl of noodles or the spring rolls with the sweet chile sauce, you wont be disappointed

We had the egg yolk soup with bison, shrimp, egg and sorted Vietnamese vegetables... and we had the vegetable sandwich. Both were excellent. Please don't miss this place! Shady spot for lunch, fast, friendly and tasty.

Absolutely amazing! I spent four days in Taos and ended up eating here every single day—no exaggeration! I even took some food to go. The spring rolls are incredible, and the red curry is mouthwatering. Everything is fresh, healthy, and served quickly. The service is friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return to Taos for another meal here! Simply the best!
